How Does It Work?

1. Register
This webshop is open to diplomats.
You will need to provide your file number.
Quotas depend on your diplomatic status. See “Your Privileges”.
After completing the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please confirm your registration via that email.

2. Place Your Order
Orders must have a minimum value of €50 (VAT excluded).
Available products: alcoholic drinks, wine, tobacco, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.

3. Order Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and one with a 136F form.

Please have the documents ready at your reception desk for pickup to avoid delays.

4. Delivery Address
All deliveries are made only to the official address of your delegation.

5. Delivery
Once payment is confirmed, we aim to deliver within 3 working days.
You will receive a delivery confirmation email, and delivery will follow within 24 hours.

After completing the registration form, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please confirm your registration via that email.

You will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

4. Delivery Address
All deliveries are made only to the official address of your delegation.

Once payment is confirmed, we aim to deliver within 3 working days.
You will receive a delivery confirmation email, and delivery will follow within 24 hours.

Important: Tax Refund for Diplomats

Tax refund services are available through external providers such as Forax, Diplomatic Card Company, or Nuvoni.
Please check the procedure directly with your chosen provider. To comply, minimum orders should be € 155 (VAT included).
